Each Click Bond fastener is supplied with a fixture that created consistent positive pressure during cure. The elastomeric fixture supplied with the rivetless nutplate holds the nut element concentric with the baseplate hole and when inserted into the structure, maintains concentricity of the baseplate and nut element to the installation hole. Our mounts, studs, and standoffs, include either an internal or external fixture. Both fixture types enable easy part centering, and ensure consistent pressure to the bondline while the adhesive cures.
