Each Click Bond fastener is supplied with a fixture that applies consistent positive pressure during the curing period. This ensures the fastener is held securely to the structure while the adhesive cures, so you can move on to your next task.
The elastomeric fixture supplied with our rivetless nutplate offers two benefits: First, it enables you to quickly and easily position the nutplate on the substrate perfectly over the bolt hole; then it continues applying positive pressure, holding it tightly to the substrate until the adhesive is fully cured. Meanwhile, our mounts, studs, and standoffs include either external (removable) or internal fixtures (non-removable). Both fixture types enable easy part placement and ensure consistent pressure is applied to the bondline while the adhesive cures.
