Brandon Perlich becomes President of family-owned manufacturing company; Karl Hutter remains CEO.
May 1, 2024 — Carson City, NV — Click Bond is pleased to announce that Brandon Perlich has officially assumed the role of company President on May 1st, 2024. Perlich has served as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the Carson City-based manufacturer since signing on with the company six years ago.
Karl Hutter, whose parents founded Click Bond in the 1980s and has served as the company’s CEO and President for the last nine years, has accepted the role of President/CEO of Physical Systems, the Hutter-family-owned parent company of Click Bond, which manages its intellectual property assets. He will remain CEO at Click Bond as well.
“In my time here as CFO, I’ve come to understand how incredibly special Click Bond is, and I’m so honored and excited to take on the role of President,” Perlich commented. “We offer a niche product in aerospace and defense, one of today’s most important and exciting industries. We’re a family-owned company that is financially secure and poised for further growth. And we have a tremendous company culture with a people-first mentality. All of these elements combine to set Click Bond apart, and I’m thrilled to serve as its President and steer our ship toward even greater success.”
Hutter explained the decision to split his role as President and CEO into two separate positions.
“Click Bond has the good fortune to be both a leading innovator and a premier manufacturer in service of the global aerospace and defense industry. With this also comes the great responsibility to execute strongly in each dimension,” Hutter said. “Achieving success, delivering on our promises, and realizing our greatest potential requires that we best position our talent and resources to meet the needs of our long-term strategy. All of this demands that sufficient time and attention be applied to the duties of each role. I’m fully confident that Brandon brings to this key role even greater capability to meet the challenges ahead.”
As part of Click Bond’s new leadership structure, Perlich, as the company’s new President, will function as the company’s internal-facing leader, managing the executive team, executing its business strategy, and building processes and methods of clarifying and communicating the state of the business and ensuring the proper resources are in place to execute strategies. Hutter, as CEO, will primarily serve as the lead external-facing representative of the company, guiding the development of new technologies, cultivating strategic partnerships with customers and other companies, and engaging with government and industry leaders.
